Socket has two routes to the Internet backbone - one through Kansas City and through St. Louis.

It is best to check your connection speeds through both points. If the connection speeds are similar, this can be considered a good estimate of the speeds you are attaining.

If the speeds vary significantly, it may signify traffic congestion via one of the routes. Try your test again later.
